Here’s a nice piece by Tim Kurkjian on Tommy Manzella. I like the story, but I’m a skeptic as to whether Manzella’s going to hit more than Everett did, and Everett was one of the best defensive shortstops in the history of ever, so it’s not clear how much value Manzella will have.
